Our Story

Our company began its quest to restore happiness to iPhone users shortly after the launch of the iPhone 3GS. In March 2010, we started with a simple Craigslist post saying, “10 Minute iPhone Screen Repair.“ Founder Joshua Muccio met with customers in coffee shops to do screen repairs in 10-15 minutes. The initial response from customers was overwhelming! We could barely keep up with the demand for repairs for the iPhone. Then, Apple released the iPad…

In 2010, when Apple released the iPad, we had already purchased iPadScreenRepair.com and so began the initial roll-out of our website in May. Our business changed a bit to accommodate the repair of both iPhones & iPads. We’ve been thrilled thus far with the astounding success of the iPad 2 & iPad with Retina Display! As long as there are iPads in use, we will be serving those who depend on them everyday.
