How is shipping handled?

Shipping is easy! After you have purchased your repair, ship your iPad to our repair center in Sarasota, FL.

1. Ship your iPad for repair to:

2. Ship your iPhone or iPad in a box with plenty of packing materials (bubble wrap or foam). Please do not ship your iPad in its original box. Just wrap your iPad in bubble wrap and place it a box or flat rate envelope. We recommend shipping with a tracking number & insurance (iPad Screen Repair will not be held responsible for any damage or loss during shipment to our facility).

3. Your device will be repaired within 24 hours (1 business day) after receipt, then we will quickly ship your repaired item back to you using the method of shipment that you select during checkout.

What about the music & apps on my iPad?

We recommend that you make sure your iPad has been backed up to iTunes or iCloud. We don’t do anything that affects the data on your iPad, but it is always a good idea to have a backup.

What if the corner of my iPad is slightly bent?

This is very common for many iPad screen repairs. Slight damage to any of the corners or sides can happen when the iPad is dropped, and is commonly the cause of a shattered iPad screen in the first place. These small indentations in the aluminum frame are easily bent back to their original shape to make room for the replacement screen. These minor cosmetic repairs are included with the purchase of a Full-Service iPad 2 Screen Repair or iPad 3rd Gen Screen Repair.

Is there a warranty on my iPad repair?

Yes, we guarantee all of our repairs for one (1) year after the repair is complete. Our guarantee covers parts and labor for any repairs or parts deemed defective. Our guarantee is designed to give you the peace of mind to know that your device will be taken care of both now and in the future. We will fix the parts we replaced FREE of charge to you! *Note: The buyer will be responsible for shipping to our repair center in Sarasota, FL. After your iPad is repaired under our 1-year guarantee, we’ll cover the shipping required to get your repaired tablet back in your hands.

How are returns handled?

Returns will be accepted within 30 days after purchase for working, undamaged repair kits that are either unopened or in original condition. If a screen doesn’t function properly or has been broken during shipment, a replacement screen will be provided once the damaged/defective parts have been returned to iPadScreenRepair.com. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
